The hotel was excellent thanks to its really helpful staff. the location was favourable and excellent, for example, Open Mall was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. -Good restaurant provided Brazilian dishes.

The hotel is conveniently located near major city attractions, with the Mogi Shopping mall situated right across the street. Guests can enjoy spacious, clean, and soundproof rooms with individual safes available for laptops. the breakfast buffet contains quality food products, and there are plenty of theme restaurants available within walking distance.

The check-in process at the front desk can be quite slow, as some guests have experienced.

Spent Easter at a hotel recently and it had some great features! The breakfast was one of the best aspects- a wide variety of food options to choose from. The convenient location was also a plus point. Just a few streets up you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to try out. The in-room free internet access with good speed was another advantage that made my stay so much easier.

There were some aspects that could have been better. The lack of coffee/tea facility in the room disappointed me a little.
